This collage presents Joe Langley, an 90-year old man from Florida who, for the past 30 yrs., has lived on the streets of New York City. A migrant worker, Joe fell out of a tree 17 years ago while picking apples, and has been living on the street since then. With a broken hip, he was of no use to his employer, who sent him away. Despite his life hardships, physical ailments and travails, Joe remains devoted in the love of his God. In his simplicity and dignity, he transmits peace and integrity to the friends who greet him on his street corner each morning.
